In spring we were allowed to live in our senses, where the World-Word speaks in images that we could lead into the depths of our souls. The whole power of thinking became silent, so that it became possible to be aware of these sense-images. The world-wide Word filled the depths of our spirit for the time that we didn’t spin the veil of our thoughts over it. Our senses also work like a veil as long as they are bound to reason. As soon as they work as ‘doors’, through which the perceptions pass, the spiritual depths are filled with the extents of the world and we will be able to find it in ourselves, when time has ripened.
