Just as the diseased person, who is familiar with spirituality, tends to blame society or people for the disease (evil forces) and to forget that he or she must seek the blame on himself, this state of corona-affairs can very easily be thought of - by means of spiritual science - in the hand of malicious organizations. That can quite well be true, I will come back to that. But here, first of all, I would like to look for the blame to be placed on ourselves.
I start from the meaning of the virus, as I unfolded it in my previous text. So I assume that we are involved in a pandemic, due to an infection with a virus for which we have no cure. I then follow on from my previous reflections on what a virus is and that we should interpret this as an attack on the essence of the body, in any case, the point of attack lies in the DNA/RNA and is therefore comparable to the point of attack of nuclear force in physics, where the atomic nucleus is being attacked.
Rudolf Steiner saw the bacteria as belonging to Ahriman's battle material. The virus (of which he did not yet speak) should be counted among the third class of beings that oppose the rightful development of mankind. In the book ‘Die Geheimwissenschaft im Umriss’ Rudolf Steiner describes how the 'I' of the human being makes himself accessible, as it were, for this adversary. You must be able to consider several places in Steiner's work at the same time, because he does not yet mention the name of this counter-power here, he does so in other places, and it is clear that this third force is only really beginning to take effect in our time. I may speak in riddles, but I don't want to say more here. The interested reader can very well follow this up himself.
I will elaborate on it here, without further giving names.
In the relevant section in the 'Geheimwissenschaft' on Sleep and Death, Rudolf Steiner describes that sensory pleasure, which is satisfied by the physical body, always carries spirit within it. To that extent it is good, this lust. But when the I uses its abilities to cultivate lust, as it does in epicurean pleasures f.i. - but we can easily imagine all kinds of other cultivations - there's a surplus of physical lust that doesn't have spirit in it. As a result, the I becomes impoverished and finally irrevocably loses parts of itself.
I think I may say that this cultivation of lust is an important characteristic of our society. When one takes this together with other passages in the work of Rudolf Steiner, one can say that there is a word to express the whole, and that is frivolity. It is the pleasure, in which the physical body is needed to come to a satisfaction, but in which the physical body itself actually does not need this at all. In addition, this includes a whole range of psychological pleasure, such as mocking the values of existence.
A resemblance of this pleasure cultivation and the abuse of the body can be seen in the virus. And what we now see in society, the proclamation of a state of emergency everywhere that temporarily 'expels' the democratic constitutional state, is an extensive weakening of the self-aware, self-responsible I. What exactly is the cause and what the consequences are, I leave aside for the time being.
We are experiencing a direct attack on the human essence:
• Starting from man himself (frivolity).
• Starting from an agent on the essence in the cell nucleus, in which not the hereditary material is changed, but the cell metabolism.
• Starting from the states, working upon the individual - to a large extent with the consent of the individual.
An interesting contribution to judgment:

Next, I would like to discuss other causes of getting an infection than just the infection (on which all measures are now based), in the hope that we will feel less powerless.
